Description Today's business world is hence complex and hence based on global worldwide exchanges.

The pace of development requires from any actor to be capable to master certain essential rules to be able to manage alone the company's operations and at the same time, when employing legal advisors, to have the required tools that will enable the manager to check well the level of performance of the legal department so that the operations are not endangered.

This class aims to provide a first approach to the legal apparatus governing commercial activities carried out by companies according to a contract, very often in an international context.

By developing students' awareness of the legal requirements linked to the setting up and following of the main commercial contracts, the class aims to spare future managers errors which may be baneful to their companies, as a result of the great complexity of applicable rules.

Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught
