Description This course provides an entry point into corporate finance, with a particular focus on financial activities within businesses. It explores topics such as financial statement analysis, time value of money, fundamental asset valuation, risk and return analysis, capital budgeting, and financial decision-making. Upon finishing the course, students will have the skills to assess the value of financial assets, calculate asset returns based on their risk profiles, and pinpoint capital projects that enhance shareholder wealth, employing a diverse set of analytical methods. Additionally, they will gain insight into how companies fund their capital expenditures.

Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught
Course sequencing
Method The course will consist of lecturing part to introduce the concepts, a great deal will focus on students participation, preparation using excel.
