Description | Supply chain management and E- commerce are the Keys Point for the business growth and to have a sustainable customer service. The ambition to this course is to share the tools and the mindset to aim the Operational Excellence. This course will help to link the upstream process (Supply and Production) and the downstream process (customer satisfaction). In addition, we will also address the themes of e-commerce and ERP management too. |

Sustainable development | In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught |
Course sequencing | |
Method | The course includes lecture courses, professional case studies and group work in class. All the students must work on business cases outside of class time and the correction and the analyses will be discussed in class. To have two main guides through powerpoint presentation and case studies |
