Description Supply chain management and E- commerce are the Keys Point for the business growth and to have a sustainable customer service. The ambition to this course is to share the tools and the mindset to aim the Operational Excellence. This course will help to link the upstream process (Supply and Production) and the downstream process (customer satisfaction). In addition, we will also address the themes of e-commerce and ERP management too.
Objectives
Prerequisites Supply Chain and Organisation strategy :


  • - Conducting supply chain setting up



    - Understanding of the international economic, cultural and geopolitical environment, before implementing supply chain organisation



    - Mastering the concepts and techniques of Procurement, Logistics and Quality processes (Transport regulations; supply chain organisation, planning techniques, audits and quality standards)



    - Mastering the concepts and techniques of financial management (Budget Management, Inventory Management, Accounting and Administrative Management, Cost Optimisation and Financial Indicators) (Suppy chain management impacts)



    - Understanding concepts and constraints related to the legal field (National and International commercial law, National and international labour law, legal implications of company activities)



     




Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught
Course sequencing
Method The course includes lecture courses,  professional case studies and group work in class. All the students must work on business cases  outside of class time and the correction and the analyses will be discussed in class.

 To have two main guides through powerpoint presentation and case studies



 
Assessment Written exam outside of class time (30 %) - Durée. 2h : Written test
Continuous assessment (30 %)
Written assignment (40 %)
