Description The primary purpose of a project management course is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to proficiently plan, execute, and successfully conclude projects. These courses encompass a wide range of essential concepts, including strategic planning, resource management, quality control, effective communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement. By equipping students with these competencies, project management courses empower them to drive projects forward efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standards, ultimately contributing to the overall success of organizations across diverse industries.

Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught
Course sequencing
Method Active teaching is less structured than "traditional" teaching, in which the learner is given a reference framework (a program to follow) and calibrated exercises to test his or her knowledge and skills. With active methods, learners are certainly supervised, but they are more autonomous in their approach, and work is sometimes done in groups. Learners must therefore be clearly informed of the objectives of the approach and the evaluation criteria (EISON,1991).
