Description This course addresses the main issues related to firms' international development in a globalized environment. It focuses on global development strategic options and integrates business ethics. 
Objectives To bring students to:

- Analyse global strategy challenges for a company

- Formulate a global development strategy.

- Structure a strategic action plan.

- Asses the impact of global develompent on various stakeholders. 
Prerequisites Sound knowledge of strategic management required to be able to carry out external and internal strategic diagnosis. Mastery of strategic analysis tools.



Theoretical notions: Macro-environment, competitive environment, threats and opportunities, key success factors, resources, competences, strengths and weaknesses, competitive advantage, value chain, corporate social responsibility.
Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught
