Description | End of curriculum oral presentation: drawing up and defence of a case study in a limited timeframe. Work on the case is in teams of 4/5 students. |

Prerequisites | - Knowledge of general strategic management notions and concepts - A good grasp of external and internal strategic analysis tools - Good knowledge of financial analysis - Knowledge of marketing mix is also useful. |
Sustainable development | In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught |
Course sequencing | |
Method | This case study is carried out over five days: - four days to carry out the diagnosis and imagine recommendations deriving from it, and then to write up a report and presentation support material; - one day to present the strategic analysis and plan orally in 1 hour in front of a panel of teachers and company representatives. |
