Description In today's world, the supply chains in various industries are highly dispersed across the globe. The manufactured products move from one location to the other through various sources of transportation such as air, sea cargo, road, and railways. Along the way, these products pass by several transfers and checkpoints for configuration/reconfiguration before reaching the final location. A comprehensive understanding of supply chain, logistics and transportation is pivotal in managing the flow of activities across supply chain, ensuring agility, and adapting to change whenever essential.

This course provide a comprehensive understanding to the students of Tourism management in understanding the key aspects of supply chain and logisitcs which will help them excelling in their careers in distinguished sectors. 

 
Objectives
Prerequisites Basic understanding of Business/Management 
Sustainable development In order to implement the objectives of France's "Green Plan of Higher Education Institutions", each class considers the issues and stakes of Sustainable Development related to the subject matter being taught

Method The course is set to go with classroom lecturers coupled with the classroom discussions and case studies.

The course will be graded with continous assessment (individual + collective)
