Description Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is a label that global and international businesses use to divide their geographical operations. EMEA is also used when assigning leadership roles within international companies on each of these divisions or regions. Businesses know that productivity depends on a work force that is technically, socially and emotionally competent. If you want to become successful in a diverse world, a large part of that success will depend on your ability to communicate and negotiate among diverse cultures.This course aims to teach students to understand and deal with contemporary societal challenges EMEA and their countries are facing. Become knowledgeableskilled, and well- prepared for taking up jobs and roles that make a difference.
